12:Hostile Takeover

One day while sitting in your house after a long day of work you received an unexpected knock on your front door. Wondering who this could be you rushed to door to find out only to see a man that you had never seen before. He was a tall man with very suave style and short hair cut that was noticeably styled nicely. Other than that he was a nice looking and though a bit nerdy looking with his glasses presented a confidence about him. The strange part though was his dark blue cape with white stars on it. You ask him if you could help him with something an he says that he needs your house for magical purposes as a wizard and was willing to pay for it, however you, liking the area, turn down his offer and close the door on him. About a week later he returned saying, " perhaps you didn't understand I want your house and am willing to pay over full price. I'm being nice and you must comply or else. You of course react angrily, throwing some choice words at him before once again slamming the door on him. He turned after a few after that telling that this was your last chance to accept his offer, but you just responded with a threat to call the police, hoping that would get rid of him. He simply repelled you back using some force an made his way into your house saying " I warned you and now you will be stuck here," before he sends a beam of light in your direction.
